Been there and it is hard to make sense of when nothing makes sense.
Its hard to realise you need help and it can be harder accepting the help that is offered, If you can..see your doctor, if that's not a possibility then may i suggest a person you can trust that is going to understand you, There is no good answer for what will help you, You need to keep trying and looking until something works, talking can help you better understand where you are and where you need to get to but it needs to be with another person who can offer a new view or a lot of support.

What is happening to make you think this.

If you feel you can't cope with everyday things in life then you do need to speak to a professional about it.
Do you have any friend or family member you could sit down with and rationally try and work out what the problem is.
Don't ignore how you feel or you may end up totally out of your depth,
You recognise you may have a problem, now you have to act on that.
Good luck

Go to a doctor !!!! I always answer these mental health questions as I've suffered depression and anxiety. It's not nice but you don't have to suffer. The doctors can help you.
Take deep breaths, exercise, keep busy. Talk to someone you trust.

You need to speak to someone that you trust and if you feel like you can't trust anyone then write all of your feelings down and then you can either keep them or burn them - this might help.

I hope you have someone that you feel you can trust to talk to sometimes that is all it takes.

Good luck

Contact the Samaritans

Someone will be able to listen to you without judgement and by talking through what you are feeling you will be able to decide what the next step is - e.g. do you need to seek medical advice. Good luck

step back and try to relax, make some good sleep and wake up with a fresh thinking again. No drugs,no alcohol, would only make you worsed.Find out what is really your problem and find a remedy immediately,or call the person who know the best and ask for advice.

i would recommend that u go speak to your doctor. ask the receptionist which doctor she thinks would be best at dealing with mental health issues, as some doctors are still very unsympathetic towards stress and depression.
