Is the express upgrade from Dell.com different from the one you buy in the store?

it's an oem license which give you 0 support from microsoft for starters...that's the case with any oem software though

also, probably isn't a full windows disc unless it's specified as such....could just be more like a restore type cd that's setup specificly for your system....could run into trouble with it if you make any hardware changes
