it's already there....all the way to the right of the address bar are the refresh and stop buttons

When a web page is loading in IE you see a stop button instead of a refresh button. When the page is done loading, you get a refresh button in the same spot. It should all ready be there. Besides, Firefox is better. You can download it at http://www.getfirefox.com

P.S. Don't get a Mac. There is not enough developers support for it for some programs, especially computer games.

Right click a blank area of the tool bar and Refresh option will be there for you to choose. If it's already visible click and drag it where you want it. If it lets u then there you go if it doesnt then it cant be.
