If I run 2 miles every morning, at a 15 minute pace....how many calories will I burn? Is there a website that can help calculate this for me??

Run the same distance on a treadmill (usually you have an option to add slope) to give youself an idea.

I would estimate your calorie rate to be about 300 cals per hour. Depending how long you take to complete the workout might burn more than that.

I don't know of any website, but a good key to follow is if you are out of breath, it is too much. Try to jog at a pace where you could hold a conversation with someone jogging with you.

That is the right pace for fat loss, any thing more is getting into boxing training or muai tai or something specific lol.

This site has a lot of information on exercise and dieting, keep in mind that it is an estimate. Actual number will vary from person to person, also take into consideration that to burn fat optimally you need to keep your heart rate in the 65% range of you maximum heart rate. Anything higher than the 65% and you start going into a cardio work out that will not burn as much fat.
