Blueberries are high in vitamin C and antioxidants and can be made into jams, baked into muffins and pancakes, all sorts of wonderful eats.

Eggplants are purple, but blue's not far off, that's the closest you're gonna get to a "blue" vegetable, one with a purple skin and creamy yellow/white flesh.

Blueberries, and I suppose there are other types of berries that are bluish. Hmmm, I can't think of many others, but I'm sure they're out there. I'll edit this if I think of more!

Well, if we're talking purplish-blue, then maybe figs would fit this category.
