they usually comes in full version, but seldomly the latest version. but first you have to install torrent client like BitTorrent or BitComet.

Hi,
I think you didnt need a software.
You can do it by your self.
In notepad type as below
@echo off
shutdown -t 20
The above command will shutdown the system in 20 seconds.
