This I have tried and reduced by 8 kg.You can try.But it is a hard way.Good luck

I dropped from 80 kg to 55 in 6 months by doing this diet n exercising: no fried items, low salt, no bread or rice. no oil unless in salads but nt more than 2 tablespoon. Lots of fibers, very low fat milk, good laxative tea, only fish n chicken for meat. Dnt eat after 7:00 p.m. I also cut out all added sugar via coffee, drinks such as soda's n coke. I only take sugar from fruits but with care. I also banned cakes. lolz i wanted to lose weight in turbo speed!!!

Well I went to Slimming World and lost 22lb in the first 6 weeks. Obviously it slows down after that but its a great initial weight loss.

Weight watchers are also good but the main thing is to do plenty of excercise.

i used slim fast and lost 5 stone in year and half. its tough not being able to eat that much!! but very effective
