Christianity is following Jesus, not any other belief. Jesus said He is the way, the truth and the life. So we have to follow the way. I was born in a protestant background, but our birth christianity surely doesn't take us anywhere unless there is personal relationship with God. And very true every christian should ask for Holy Spirit annointing, cause I received it and Holy Spirit is helping me always and teaching me about God and His ways. Thats the most wonderful experience I have ever got in my whole life.
"Ask and you will receive" Jesus said. So ask God.

There are many types of Christians that have built many different churches each one believing it is the only true church and anyone not welcomed into their fold will spend an eternity in Hell. And - in each variant there are the fundamentalists - the hardliners that like to take everything in the Bible at their interpreted face value and wish to keep a hard line on all those in their flock.

A true Christian is this You ask Jesus to come into you heart and ask Jesus to forgive your sins. Then you follow the Holy Spirit By praising Jesus Thanking Jesus Loving Jesus Loving everyone forgiving everyone and doing what the Holy Spirit tells you what to do .But you have to test the spirit and the way you do that is by confirmations of what is around you and if there is no way it can be a coincidence than it is from God.If you have a deep relationship with Jesus than this thing that the Holy Spirit tells you to do you know that you know you have to do what He tells you because you are living for Beautiful loving Jesus who gave up everything so we could communicate our love together forever. And let me add that it is always for someones GOOD>

The term "Christian" is not in the Bible and I am unable to determine a clearly defined meaning for the label.
I can tell you this....Jehovah's Witness's are not Christians.
Catholics are Christian's but they worship an Idol, and that is not tolerated by other Christian's. (ironic, but what do I know?)
Jehovah's Witness's (which are not Christians), will tell you that they are the only "true" Christians.
Bla bla bla....it's a very difficult thing to understand in my opinion.

So... by your logic, anyone who was baptized is a christian, regardless of what they actually believe? So... I'm christian, even thought I know that god doesn't exist, and also therefore could have had no son? Interesting. But stupid.

There are more than 2,000 versions of bible in this world.
Seventh Day Adventists and Jehovah's Witnesses.
First Roman Catholic Bible was published at Rheims in 1582.
Second one published at Douay in 1609.
These called RCV version of Bible.
The Protestants regarded 7 books as ‘apocrypha’ (doubtful authority) and removed them from Bible.
(The Book of Judith
The Book of Tobias
The Book of Baruch
The Buck of Esther, etc. )
Jesus pbuh said in the book of Revelation Chapter 22 Verse 18-19 ". . . If any man shall add to these things (or delete) God shall add unto him the plagues written in this Book."
On deleting 7 books from bible, the Catholics call ‘cult of Christianity’ to the Seventh Day Adventists and Jehovah's Witnesses.

For me, to put it simply.....a Christian in one who strives to be Christ-like. Plain and simple.
God knows our hearts and intentions. I judge no one, and won't be judged by anyone other than God. At least, I won't acknowledge judgment by others.
What I know and what God knows...is all that matters to me.
