Hi i am wondering what types of Manufacturing processes would be suitable to create a "plastic box", dimensions 7(W)cm x
10(H)cm x 6(W)cm. So its quite small, a bit bigger than a "yugioh" box if you know what that is. Also what proccesses can i use to batch produce this?? thanks ...

Injection molding. To batch produce it, you order a mold maker to custom design and cut multiple sets of steel molds, maybe, four cavities each for your size. A plastic injection machine melts prepared plastic material of your choice, arriving in small balls or chips, and pumps the molten plastic into the molds. You may also add automatic part ejections, vacuum pick-place, and even automated packaging.

first, how many pieces do you want: 1, 2, 100, 1000, 10000 or more? if you need prototype, fused deposition modeling may work for you, but its quite expensive(but almost zero initial cost). Direct fabrication is another option. This include milling the part and doing some bending. If you need a few hundreds or even thousands, you can try prototype injection mold. But don't forget that you need tooling which cost around $1000 or more, depending upon the complexity of your part. For high volume mass production, real injection molding is the most feasible, but tooling cost can be 10 times higher than prototype mold since material used here is of better quality.
