The recipe calls for 3/4 splenda sugar blend but i dont have that and i cant find it where i live so how much sugar should i substitute that with?

Being diabetic and also being a former chef, splenda measures the same as sugar, and is not 1/2 sugar it is modified sugar with the carbs and gluicerides modified.

You used it as you would sugar, here in Canada we have a brown sugar subsititude variety, if you want to make some thing like cookies or a cake, the only thing is, unlike sugar when you creamit with the fat(butter, margarine or shortening) it will not fluff as much, so don't be concerned, the volume will come from the levening you use, if it is baking powder, add a 1/8 teaspoon more, if it is a scratch cake, leave alone if not.

Ok Splenda Sugar Blend is half real sugar, half Splenda. 3/4 cup is equal to 12 tablespoons, so use 6 tablespoons of sugar and 6 of Splenda, and that should do the trick!
