my daughter says I do. i have done the really loud hard snore that wakes you up.

yes I snore but not the kind of snore that is really annoying , and very rarely . Usually when I slept and stayed in an uncomfortable position like my neck is a bit off or something then i tend to snore a little . I have asked my husband about it because I am concerned that I might be a loud snorer but thank God I'm not !

My husband does.It is worse if you sleep on your back.He uses breath right strips.It has helped.I have used them during a cold and they help.If you have allergies that can make it worse.It happens (snoring) when your head is tilled back because you are breathing different.Or if you have sinus and tonsil problems.Have you broken you nose?there could be a deviated septum and the cartilage in your nose is blocking your air way.

I'm told that I don't snore, I 'snorkel' because it sounds like I'm snoring underwater....

I dont but my boyfriend do. Try breatheright. It works for some and not for others it wouldnt hurt to try for the sake of others around you.
