I AGREE 100% and the last time i said it in an answer my answer got removed...people will spend thousands on gym fees and eating healthy when the answer is in their bedroom all along...you can even have junk food with it and smoke...

Maybe. It would help as long as you don't have a coronary doing it. How much weight??? Sex, sex, and sex with someone too overweight may be wishful thinking. You have to look sexy to get someone turned on enough to have sex, sex, sex with you. Just a thought. Sex is a healthy part of life and is helpful if done safely.

Well sex is exercise and too much could get you pregnant and you will just get fatter so go jogging or take an aerobics class. Continued exercise for at least an hour a day will help you lose fat as well as a well balanced diet.

No, that's not even close to being an effective weight loss technique. It burns no more calories than a brisk walk up one flight of stairs.

No, look at all the fat people in America... over-indulgence of anything, like sex,sex,sex is just as unhealthy as food,food,food. Besides you'll gain weight when you have all those Babies!!

yes, i agree with you because i do it four times a week and my weight has been steady for many years. i would recommend this to any one. my fear is that i may run out the sweet juice, what do you think?
