I have owned several PPK & PPK/S's, one for over 30 years, and I don't recall ever seeing an over-cap magazine anywhere.
Why use one, anyway? The most you'd do is increase the "snag factor" of this pocket auto, without gaining hardly any advantage of 2 or 3 extra rounds. If ammo quantity is so important, why not carry 1 or 2 spare magazines, instead?
The three times I've actually had to pull the trigger to settle the issue, I only needed four rounds, at most. (Only, once was with a .44 Mag M-29 and the other two with a .45ACP, not with a PPK)

To the answer above, "Okay, whatever..."
Now to your question, "Can I find 10 round mags for the Walters PPK?"
Seems to me I have seen them. I think it was the USA Magazine company that had after-market PPK 10 round magazines for sale. Try them and 'Cheaper Than Dirt,' and the Triple K Magazine. All should come up on-line when you enter the name on any search engine.
Good luck.

Bound's hubby here:
First, the Walther PPK (German for "Pocket Pistol Kriminal") is Europe's version of the Colt Detective Special and the Smith & Wesson Cheif's Special. It was available in two calibers, .32 ACP and .380 ACP. It is highly doubtful that you will find a 10 round magazine in .32 and highly unlikely that you will find a 10 round mag. for the .380 because: 1) the PPK is a single stack pistol and the extra rounds would lengthen the pistols grip, and 2) the lengthened grip would defeat the purpose of the PPK.
Good luck.
