I guess the world will not change dramatically. There is a difference between faith and religion. There will always be people who feel themselves superior to others for a number of reasons, including their perception of righteousness.
But probably there will be changes in the way some societies look - like monogamy in Africa, and women not covering up themselves in Saudi Arabia, etc. Women in general will be able to take up more professions, travel more, become managers more often, etc.
Also, Christians, as well as other denominations, would not look for a new religion - because they already have one. But people in general - if they have the freedom of doubt, they would always look for another way.

you imply that all christians have some sort of need to feel morally superior...which would make it seem that you feel morally superior to christians...someone needs to look in the mirror.
anyway, christianity is a blanket term for any religion that follows Jesus, so even if everyone did suddenly accept Jesus as their lord and savior, there would still be plenty of fighting about the proper was to go about worship.

I answer this as a Christian.
I currently dont feel superior to anyone, dont know where you got that idea from!
If all the world converted to Christianity, then the current Christians would celebrate that people have discovered the TRUTH.
Heaven would be a busy place too!

It would be a disaster of immense proportion! Imagine the whole world worshipping the Christian god!! And having the book of fables called Bible as their guide! I shudder to contemplate the possibility. It would be quite a lamentable affair!!
