Many talks about unity yet as if nothing happens, again the problem returns after a day .Does really unity works? no.Well many talk about unity because it is easy to say yet no one could do ,Why?,because everyone could work only if the other will work . unity can never stop the stubbornness of a person unless one could say to him" could this help for unity"Because he is already a hypocrite .Yet one person who has the initiative knows this to himself ."Yes unity is indeed I create because I work for it ".

If you translated this question into English it would be much easier to answer it sensibly. If you mean "does unity resolve conflicts?", then the answer is Yes. In fact it's the only way.

You may be commenting on the disparity of effort that some give under the pretense of complete support.

There will always be conflict if one is perceived as not pulling his weight.

You can attempt to reach out to that individual and help him become an equal partner in the work effort.

However, if after many tries and much time has gone by, one must finally issue an ultimatum and then be done with it.

We must all face up to our responsibilities or accept the consequences.

It should end neverending conflicts. We all have the same fundamental thinking mind, each and every individual in this world. One's mind is able to gather ideas and make it as general large ideas resulting to unity, totality, oneness, plurality and the like with others' ideas. This is a determining characteristic of our minds that makes them universal and not individual.
