It's very healthy. Enjoy and knock one off your "5 a day list".
Pumpkin and potatoes are different vegetable families, so yes they are both carbs but they are complex carbs, which are good for you.
Unless of course you're talking about pumpkin pie (with whipped cream and condensed milk and and and...)
Edit: I stand corrected. Vegetables & fruits are not complex carbs, they are simple carbs but are not to be confused with refined carbs. Sorry for the misinformation.

Of course its healthy and no it doesnt contain carbs!

like both, fruits: berries, oatmeal, pears, peaches, dragonfruit, pomegranate.... Vegetables: CUCUMBERS, bok choy, green beans, broccoli,.... We guess the two are great.
