Jesus was Jewish. He forgave the ones who killed Him. So should all Christians. Any Christians who are anti-Semitic should be ashamed of themselves. Jews wrote the entire bible.
Snout was right. I forgot about Luke, but still....

My sense of history is a bit rusty, but wasn't Jesus Jewish himself?
As were all the biblical authors except, perhaps, the author of Luke and Acts? And most of the earliest Christians?
And I thought he was crucified, which was a Roman execution, performed by Romans.
Not that I've got anything against present day Italians. 2000 years is a long time.
I also understand that most of the people involved in Jesus' execution (including Jesus) were male. Should I hate all males and refuse to help them because of this?

First of all the Jewish people are God's chosen people, and Christians are to love everyone!! However to answer your question about Jewish people killing Jesus. WE ALL KILLED HIM!! It was not the Jews fault that He died- He chose to die and pay the price that we could not pay for our sins so that we could live eternally with God. It was because of me that He died- and you. Jesus was not just a prophet either- He is and always will be Savior, Messiah, and the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Prophets do not come back to life- Jesus did!!

Jesus did say "turn the other cheak" His whole message seemed to be about forgivness and love. So forgivness seems a little silly.
I'm also sure mr. Goldberg down the street had nothing to do with Jesus getting crucified, so it wouldn't make sense to hold it against the Jews.
In all reality, a good christian should try and love everybody...hope that helped.

Since the real historic Jesus of Nazareth rose from the dead(despite what the critics and revisionists say) He's Alive! I don't think Christians feel injured that our Savior was killed. Christians are a forgiven people. By receiving mercy from God we are able to be merciful to others.
The Bible teaches that Jesus came to reconcile people to God. Jesus preached eternal life through faith in him and taught the best way to love him was by obeying the commandments. Like Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself.
Loving others honors God. Loving others sees beyond the labels, stereotypes, races, genders and puts the concern of others above our own. So whether one is Jew, Muslim, atheist, Nazi, gay etc... we are to love them. It is not always easy and no one does it perfectly but daily there are thousands of untold stories of love in action. They just don't make headlines. Christians are concerned that every heart should come to the knowledge and faith in the Living God and His only son Jesus. God and His promises written in the Bible offer real hope both in this life and the next.

If a Jewish person comes to realize that Jesus was the Messiah and comes to Jesus to ask his father our god for forgiveness which is the reason of Jesus being born in the first place to die for the forgiveness of sins then of course he will be forgiven.
It's not up to us as Christan's or any faith to judge the all Jews for his death. The Romans killed Him. The Jewish teachers or rabies encouraged it by intimidating Caesars rule as a king to the roman empire and ruler of all rulers including the Jewish faith of one god and ruler.

Jesus said to love all. Though many Jews were against Jesus and killed Him because they did not understand His teaching, many Jews did accept Him and loved Him very much since they understood that it was truth He spoke. Many Priests and the people in synagogue did not want to understand because they followed all the rules so strictly and did not want to do what God really likes. God likes a kind and loving heart that will seek Him and be thankful for Him and God has the ability to even change our hearts from all the sinful ways when we surrender to Him.

How can any true Christian engage in anti-Semitism when Jesus himself was a Jew? They did not kill him. Corrupt religious and political authority under absolute Roman rule did. An entire nation of people should never have had to pay for the alleged mistake that never happened. Even if one Jew was responsible, it has nothing to do with their descendants. Stop being so hateful and remember this type of thinking put them at risk historically and led to many injustices, not least of all the Holocaust.
People should not have to pay for the actions of their leader.

Been a Catholic for 38 years now and by no potential hated a Muslim or the Muslim community. Hate the extremists for terrorism. by no potential worshipped Jews for something the two. Your statements are fake. Jesus proved Himself, it somewhat is why many Jewish non secular leaders have been petrified of Him and ordered His death. If Muslims prefer to overlook with regard to the Bible, be responsive to God, and have self assurance Muhammed, a sinful mortal that did not develop the ineffective, made the blind see, etc. and purely say that Jesus replaced right into a prophet, then enable them to. Christians worship no guy. God on my own.

The first Christians were all Jew's, including Jesus himself. In fact we are all brothers and sisters in the world, no matter what country we come from.
Acts 10:34-35
At this Peter opened his mouth and said: “For a certainty I perceive that God is not partial, but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.
