so there's this guy at skool and everytime we see each other we say hey and ask how are you with big smiles at each other. Sometimes, we talk, but then he never manages to stay longer to talk to me, it seems as if he wants to say some more but then says cya and walks away.
a few days after valentine's day he wishes me a happy belated valentine's day but he didn't wish our mutual girl friend one. a few days later i ask whether he happens to have my number, and he says that a mutual friend gave it to him before but he asks for it again anyway.
one day i was in the library and he saw me and we started talking. i was with my friend and she said that his voice sounded nervous and he sounded sorta shy.
1day i was in the library, and i was working at a private study cubicle with my friend. his friends then came along and sat right next to where i was sitting, and one of them even looked at my work!
i really can't tell if he likes me or not. please help! sensible answers please!

This is a tricky situation. May be he is just a shy guy. I think you should probably get closer to him to give him the chance to express his feeling clearly to you. Make a good friendship with him and then I guess you will find out what he really thinks. And you didn't say whether you like him or not and your feelings him will affect the situation.

Ha ha so cute. Tis is how it was when i was in school and i forgot about it. Well yes i think he likes you and if i'm not wrong u like him too. So the next time u see him, talk to him and say wats on your mind.

It sounds like he likes you. :)
If you like him, show him by flirting, smiling, showing interest when talking to him, etc.
He is probably nervous and wants to be sure that you like him before he asks you out or anything.
