Have a boyfriend, If yes, he is not doing a very good job at being there for you. If no, decide what you wan't exactly, then go after it.

When i felt so lonely that i feel my heart would melt, and it eats my bone, was because i didn't have a boyfriend. However, AFTER i got a boyfriend, i discovered that having a boyfriend doesn't solve all the problem in the world and wasn't quite the joy ride i expected it to be. I had a self esteem problem, so hated myself. I have been dumped more than once, so I am very insecure. I've always had to prove myself, so i had a problem with believing people would accept me the way i am (and they usually never did). It's been "this life's no easy" all the way for me. Hence, there is no easy fix for the problem of feeling lonely. However, if you try to dwell less on it and find something interesting to do with your life (like take a hobby, but don't do it religiously) you'd feel better. The purpose of my life, i've convinced myself, is to write; to say something new in the sphere; so i don't feel so wasted most of the time now. But i understand you. *hugs*. We've all felt it, and would continue to feel it from time to time. You'll be ok though. Because knowing that you are not alone in feeling that is kind of the first stage.

i feel the same way, its just so depressing! i have days when i cry all day. im learning how to be able to make myself happy and find things to occupy my mind so i wont have time to think about being lonely. i been by myself for over a yr now and i've always been in a long term relationship since i was 16 and feel that this is why i feel lonely because somebody was always there. try exercising when u feel like this or get out and go for a drive to ur favorite place. also write in a journal what u are feeling so u can reflect from it to learn exactly what is making u feel unhappy/lonely.

Your million friends out there may be busy with their own things.
I know how you feel when you are lonely. It is just like having an 'empty' heart.
Do not despair, you are one of the million friends in that circle.
Just find something to do and occupy yourself. Manage your time by doing your own things or help others.
This is the best medicine to cure your loneliness.

Because you think of it too much. Let go and relax. Don't pressure yourself into thinking rather involve yourself with friends and groups in school and at the library. Try to read more books on your favourite topic and do some hobbies and sports to strengthen your physical health. You have alot going and you just have to enjoy yourself. Be positive always. Good luck!!

I feel the same as you.

I will tell you my reason:

"I don't have good friend(s) support"

What do i do? Move on by doing something that does not remind you of those people or things that make you sickly upset mad.

Love Amie A
