First and most important thing is don't give up, it will take some time to loose that much weight but is definitely acheivable! Count calories, you need to take in LESS calories a day than your body can burn off daily. Keep in mind that the average person will only loose 1 pound a week, that equals 50 weeks but with determination and dedication you can do it faster. Don't diet, change your eating habits instead. Diets are temporary as is weight that is lost from dieting, changing your eating habits are permanent as will be the weight loss. Assuming that you are healthy with no illness changing your eating habit will not pose a problem, regardless one should always consult their doctor before starting exercieses. There are many sites out there to assist you with counting calories and designing a workout plan as well as healthy eating, here is one for you to start with and explore. Stay focused and on tract, just remember that you didn't gain that weight overnight and you will not loose it that fast either! Good luck to you madam, you can do it!!

well for a week just go on this bite diet..eat anything you like but i would tell you how to follow this--
22bites in breakfast
16bites in snack
16bites in lunch
14bites in snack
22bites in dinner again
that is how you should go about it plus you can eat whatever you eating these days and another thing is as you get up in the morning-- 1glass of warm water drink as hot you can depends on you OK and other thing after eating dinner before going to bed do a Lil jumping walking..it works your metabolism as when you sleep also the calories burn .but don't do this right after dinner maybe in half hour after that and after doing this workout just get in bed having a glass of warm water
