Butter is a fat. Fats are broken by lipase's, enzymes made in the pancreas. When they are broken down into smaller carbon chains and some hydrolyzed they are absorbed thru the intestinal wall into the mesenteric blood vessels and also into lymph channels. They are then passed thru the liver and broken down further(metabolized) or stored in fat cells.

butter means fats.digestion of fat does not takes place in buccal cavity.in stomach"gastric lipase'hydrolise small amount.in the intestine bile (no enzyme)is present. it helps in fat digestion.that process done by fat is known as _emulsification. the pancreatic lipase is the cheif enzyme for fat digestion.
with the help of bile salts endproduct of fatdigested is converted into micelles.

For one if they dont like killing animals. They don't see a need of killing animals when they can survive just fine on plant life. also if their religion tells them its wrong (like buddism and hinduism). Also for health reasons as meat can cause high blood pressure. Also it should be known that it takes more water and plants to take care of animals used in making meat than if only eating plants, it saves water! Also this was my grandfathers reason, that when he was young one day he ate a piece of meat and got food poisoning and felt terrible and never ate meat again. Also if they don't like the taste of meat, some people just don't. I kinda feel that way, i enjoy a variety of delicious vegetables that i find more tasty and nutritious than meat.
