What exactly are you getting at? Sexually is a definite no. If you are just talking about sleeping arrangements I don't think its a great idea to make a habit of it but once in a while is OK. Babies should not sleep in bed with adults though, its dangerous.

Of course it's okay! Just sleep next to his biological mother, right?! Since you didn't mention sexual activities, it's totally okay!!

It's probably not healthy for either of their development, and will have social consequences more than likely. It doesn't come highly recommended...we have a biological dislike for that for a reason...it'll make you have crappy @ss babies who inherent all the bad recessive alleles....i'd say not ok, but hey, if it makes you happy, go for it

Do you mean sleep as in "know in the biblical way"? Absolutely not. That would be very, very wrong. It is, however, alright to sleeep in the cosleep sense when the child is small.

ummm....NO!...it scares me that you had to ask this question...
but if I need to get my mind out of the gutter and you're actually talking about sleeping, like a young child napping with mom in bed...then yes, I think that that's ok.

Too bad muhammad(pibuh)'s mother was dead before he grew up.

Otherwise, I'd not be surprised that allah will appear one fine day and say "hear ye you muhammad, you can have sex with your mother, as long as your father divorces her first, and what allah has permitted, you shall not reject. This shall be an example to the future muslims to show that it is lawful to have sex with one's biological mother".

(To the person below me: Sleeping in the same bed with an infant increases the risk of SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome).
