I am having chest pains, my arms are weak and tingle, and my breathing is weird. I am only 28. what is wrong

As a physician myself, my best advice to you is to go see your doctor in real life and not ask a bunch of strangers on an internet "Answers" board.

Are you feeling highly stressed over something from earlier today? Are yo allergic to some kind of food or something? Please, ASAP-call your dr, or 911 for an evaluation to see what is going on. Are you possibly having a panic attack? Still call 911 for that too. Not in a minute, now please call 911 and have the medics evaluate youto see what is going on. They are better trained than "just anybody" on the internet. I am sure there are people medically trained, that could help on the internet, but you need someone who can be right there, taking youpulse, blood pressure, etc. I wish you the best. Take care.

Obviously, I would hate to downplay a potentially serious condition, but with limited info, it sounds much like anxiety/hyperventilation. Nobody knows but you, but if the stress level isn't up and these symptoms continue, get checked by an md.

seek medical help. you may be sufferring a minor heart attack. these are among the symptoms. chest pain radiating to the left arm. The lungs are affected as well. If it is not relieved by rest, seek professional help.
