I am extremely interested in trying it again.
Parts of it I know for a fact are true, because I tried it one time in a burst of super concentration when I was angry, so I focused really hard & relaxed.
I kept relaxing myself, & soon, maybe within 15 min, my arms & legs started to feel very heavy. Then I started feeling a tingling sensation, vibration if you will.
After that, it felt like my mind started to spin, I literally felt my hearing go. I could hear nothing. This is not like ordinary quiet where a fan is blowing, clock ticking, or other, it was the most dead silence I have ever known.
I think I was about to the stage where people say you are about ready to leave your body.But before that, I was gripped with a crushing fear, what if this does work, what if I can't return?
So I stopped, the feeling subsided & died.
Anyone know if this works? I am dying to try it again. Have heard you can get answers to any ? you have while like this.
Just write it down on return?

if you think of negative thoughts i will bring you to a negative place... fear if you will, but you must not think on a specific topic keep your mind open and if this doesn't work then you need to find a way pass the feeling of fear to continue further in traveling.

I have studied this for a long time. Unfortunately I lack the concentration that it takes to astral project. But, if you do accomplish this, you will not get all the answers you seek. You will see things, places. Meet people, maybe even help people. But one thing I know for the absolute positive truth.. YOU SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME WITHOUT A SPIRIT GUIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is very very possible and likely that you can get lost, and never find your way back to your physical body. A spirit guide will help you find your way, answer your questions and help you understand what is happening while away from your body. Your guide may also be able to help you connect your spirit life to your material life, and there you may find some of the answers you seek. You can find your spirit guide in much the same way that you begin to astral project, in a meditative state, call out for them, request meeting them. They will come. When you are ready. Please, again i stress.. Do Not Attempt this without a spirit guide.!!! I suggest that you do some reading. look up 'Ekancar' on the web. Ekancar is a spiritual religion that focuses on astral projection as a way to connect with God.

Yes. It does work. You cannot be feeling emotional one way or the other while doing it. You just have to know that you can get back in, and remember that you are always connected to your body. You can find the answers to many questions in this state. It is our natural state, after all.

try it again, tap me on my shoulder when u get there and then we can go to the third plain... different animals.... creatures really... I will be the one in orental style armor with amythist colored markings kinda like the third eye symbol on the back of my helmut and on my sword

It does, but I can't do it on purpose. It always happens by accident so I can't help you much. Keep trying, maybe you will have more luck than me.
