I've stopped and started a couple of times. Whenever I stop my skin look better. Like 5–10 years younger better.

The only reason it would give you pimples is if you start eating a lot of junk food instead, you get the wicked munchies when you quit.

I quit smoking and my skin has never looked better as it does now!!!
The only way your skin could get worse is if you eat more from quitting smoking. Just avoid sugary foods and sweets to sustain cravings.

When you quit smoking, your skin gets clearer. It is the same as anything else, when you load your body full of toxins, your skin becomes unhealthy and looks very poor. When you cleanse those toxins out of your system and quit using things that contain them, your skin shows it with a clear complexion!

1) "i'm sure ill quit one day" attitude NEVER NEVER NEVER works. you need to get into that "I'll do it now" attitude 2) absolutely. however, stop smoking now, and wait a while. this is the problem because most people want to choose instant gratification over long-term. Besides the fact that smoking will eventually lead to death, your skin is a great reason to quit. so just remember that when it's hard to continue without smoking, think long-term health, and eventually it gets easier and easier.
