No, but a litre of fruit juice sounds a bit too much, I`m suprised you ain`t had the runs. 1 glass counts as one of your 5 daily portions.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++... you do no longer say which you're eating one hundred% juice or fruit drinks, that are regularly sweetned corn syrup. 5-6 glasses of juice is slightly intense....yet.....How plenty "undeniable previous water" do you drink? try decreasing by skill of a million glass of juice in step with day and upload some glasses of water somewhat. one extra be conscious.......eating till now bedtime without brushing your tooth will go away ACID and SUGARS on your tooth all night that could effect in rotting tooth.

Too much sugar in any form is detrimental to your health, even "natural" sugar. Drink fresh veggie juice instead (greens are best).
