I don't see how just one thing can make Bank of America a "crappy bank." Instead of having illegal immigrants send money to other contries, this would allow them to keep it INSIDE the U.S., thus benefiting the U.S. economy even more, becuase they are a benefit to the economy, doing jobs most people won't do. Personally i don't know one person that would like to work for 10 hours on the hot sun picking strawberries. Furthermore, california has the highest illegal immigrant population but one of the lowest unemployment rates.

Bank of America is only doing what banks always do touting for money. Are you asking a bank to make moral decisions?
You have to balance the service that bank gives its customers
in America against this policy you dislike.
Bank of America is a bank.If you punish that bank which bank is next and for what reason?Their behavior may be unethical but what needs to happen is that the questions have to come from its share holders or who ever governs the bank.
You might also tell Mexico to lift the living standards of its people.

I know a few number of people (know them well too) that opened up an account with Wells Fargo without a SS# or proof of LEGAL RESIDENCY in the USA. All they were asked to give was an ID and they were able to open up a checking and a savings account for $100.00 When i had asked this person how Wells Fargo can do such thing, she replied, "They told me it was part of a promo!" It doesn't make sense to me. Opening up an account, i was always asked for 2 valid identifications (valid passport, license, etc) and social security number/tax id#).

Yes, I heard about this a few weeks ago. I have also heard that many of their legal American citizen customers are transferring their accounts to other financial institutions. I hope this continues until they have no customers except for illegal immigrants and that they will lose money and go broke as illegal immigrants are deported without warning and they end up holding the bag for all those outstanding loans and credit card balances.

I say if your an American and you bank with Bank of America close your account and take your business elsewhere. After all they don't want your business they want people who are here breaking the law to do business with, that is why they are catering to them and not to you.Maybe do you think in the future instead of calling themselves Bank of America they'll change their name to Bank of Lawbreakers?I think that would be more appropriate.Try banking with a Credit Union, they don't have any fees and they are not for profit. It's easy to acquire a loan through them and thereby improving your credit.Lets make it more profitable to show loyalty to businesses who uphold our laws by doing business with them instead of people who want to embrace and reward those who break them.

I'm a inmigrant too, and some more, we get to acomplished a lot, cause we come here and we have to speak your language, and we learn it, and we speak it, and we deal with your system, we deal we all the stuff that we have to go thru, and we still make it, and we deal with people like you, and we still come true, ignorant.
