Once you're at that age, no. Two years does not really matter. Just think; would it be wrong for you to go out with a 19 year old (if you're the girl) or if you're the guy, would it be wrong to date a 13 year old girl (this situation is slightly different because as you get older the age dif matters less). But no, if you truly care about each other, it is definitely not wrong. It's actually probably a good match assuming the guy is quite mature...Girls mature faster mentally and physically but guys mature faster sexually. You're at the perfect age with a 2 year gap to have similar things on your mind with each other. lol but its true! good luck!

Of course not.

The funny thing is, if you ask this about an 18 year old and a 16 year old, you'll get quite a different answer. Same couple a year from now, right?

Just FYI, so called "statutory rape" laws vary quite widely from state to state. If you want to be on the safe side, check the list below to find out what they are in your state.

It is perfectly legal until the 17 year old turns 18 ha ha...no, it doesn't matter who is the boy or girl.

No it's not, it's only 2 years age difference. If it's more than 5 years, i think the society will not tolerate it, unless the guy is older.

Usually a 15 yr old boy will be too immature for a 17yr old girl

Nothing wrong with it at all. Two year difference only matters if the younger one is under 8.

Be as friends and go as a group, why not. But remember this, you are still young and have many things ahead of you so don't rush into relationships that you cannot handle. Good luck.
