I knew two guys who would only date 'big' women. One was looking for a size 18, the other dated a woman who weighed 300 pounds. Women have a different idea of what looks good than men. There was a woman, Jenny McCarthy, who is famous now. She went to the Ford Modelling agency, and they turned her down as being 'too fat' -- she was 5'7 and weighed 135 pounds. Then she went to Playboy Magazine and became Playmate of the Year. So there's a 30 pound difference between what women think is fat and what men think of as good looking!

I've dated women that were overweight. The problem is not them being fat and working on it; it's complacency. If you're overweight and do nothing about it, it's more than just an eyesore or a minor inconvienience. It's dangerous to their health, it's harder to find flattering clothes, it's damned uncomfortable for someone sitting next to you on a public vehicle and it leaves you open to ridicule and prejudice. Not to mention, even worse for their self-esteem, which is usually why they got fat in the first place.

I'm a bit chubby, but not fat. I only date skinny girls, sorry. And I know it's kindof hipocritical but whatever I like being chubby and I like skinny girls.

it depends. i've been attracted to girls who other men would say are "fat" but i don't think they are. but if i personally think they're too fat to be attracted to, i wouldn't date them. beauty is in the eye of the beholder ya know.
