What foods should I eat? I am a college student but I dont really eat horribly, but still, I can usually only get my hands on sandwiches and such, so I feel that I'm not getting a complete diet. What specific foods will solve my problem? I know avacados and fish work well. What else?

You should try almonds, cold pressed cod liver oil, flax seed oil or just flax seed. I mix em' up with my protein shakes and keep them cold all day in a thermos.

Well the fish is your best bet, but since your a busy college student try and snag those tuna things at the store, but watch out for the amount of iron which is bad for you. Also, get the fish oil capsules and flaxeed which have the Omega-3,6,9 which are all important for cardiovascular and overall health. Make sure and take a multivitamin, fatty acids are just some of the things you need to add to your diet.

If you mean like the Omega acids I take flax seed oil capsules. I cant take the fish oil ones because I have never eaten meat, fish or chicken since I was born and the smell alone of fish gags me. Imagine having the smelly fish oil floating in your stomach, gross, lol.

Being a vegetarian that doesnt eat healthy or make up for what I am missing from meat I just started making sure to take vitamins. Take a complete multi vitamin, fish oils or flax seed capsules, etc. Get some of those Ensure or Boost drinks that have protein and vitamins in them. They taste really good (nothing like those nasty Slim Fast drinks) and are good for you when you cant eat right.

Hope this helped.
