I hope the below info helps.
Around one in five adults suffer from recurring bouts of aphthous ulcers, which are mouth ulcers with no known cause. The tongue, gums or mouth lining can be affected. Crops of these tiny off-white ulcers tend to sprout during times of emotional stress or the menstrual period. This has led some researchers to suggest that aphthous ulcers may be caused by an immune system reaction, since the immune system is affected by stress and hormones. The underlying trigger may be a virus or an allergic reaction.
I would suggest boosting your immune system with a combination of B group vitamins and vitamin C.
Also to aid with the pain of the ulcers, try rinsing with warm salty water.
Good Luck :-)

The most common mouth ulcer is an aphthous ulcer which is a type of canker sore. These tend to occur for no good reason other than stress, last a few weeks or months and then go away. Your Dr can make sure this is what is going on. Mouth ulcers also occur with lupus but you would be having additional symptoms if lupus was the problem. Aphthous ulcers are a major pain but the good news is they are not a serious problem. A slightly less common oral ulcer is oral lichen planus but you would need to see a Dr to find out for sure if it is LP. If you had oral LP you would probably be having skin problems also so it is probably aphthous ulcers.

seek help from an ENT doctor. It may even be a simple question of hygiene. Brush twice a day and seek yearly dental check up. You definitely have a serious medical condition which is most likely an infectious/immune related one. Try rinsing with warm water mixed with table salt. Bleeding ulcers may be a sign of STDs, or even malignancy.

Yes something is wrong with you. I don't know what it is, but your doctor should be able to give you more information. All I know is ulcers are related to stress. If they just "go away" and then "come back" the problem isn't solved.
See a doctor.

You may have scurvy which means you need some vitamin C. It's easy and cheap to get and eating foods with c is just as easy but it sounds like you need to take some and not just depend on the food right now. Take a really good multi vitamins and 1000mg of C. You go even higher because you can't really overdose on C because your body excretes the excess.
