I would not let a child of any age out of my sight. Kids have been snatched right out of their yards and their own beds.

can you? Yes. its a free country. should you? NO. its not a safe country
plus no noise from 10:00pm to 7:00 am in california
its not safe to do this, especially if its girls.
teach your kids the ol trick
"have you seen my puppy? here take a flyer"
and "want some candy!"
they still use that btw

They can, but it isn't advisable.
By law they aren't yet allowed to remain home or in a vehicle alone, so being available for kidnapping and harm in this way would be out of the question.

I'm sure they could but 9 is way too young to be sitting on a street alone. You dont know who he might meet.

They can play...... kids of about 3yrs start playing music and are creating world record.... but why on streets???

that is very unsafe. kids older than 9 get abducted. not a wise decision

i would let them play music..as long as a parent has them at close eye...if no parent isnt around i wouldnt let them play...is it worth loosing a child over?
