i have been doing crunches everyday, lots of them like 100.........
but my belly is not flat yet. who knows any tips please.

Right now you're just training muscle. To reduce your stomach you also have to lose fat. Since you can't spot-train away fat, any fat-loss exercise will work even if it doesn't directly involve your midsection. Start a regular workout regimen. Weight training tends to work well; you build more muscle mass so even resting your metabolism is higher, plus as the fat starts coming off your muscles will look more toned. And keep in mind that some people just never get flat stomachs. I had a pretty severe eating disorder [lost my periods, headaches and freezing all the time, pulse extremely low, passing out, etc] and my stomach still wasn't completely flat. Lying down my pelvic area looked like a three-corner hat with my pubic bone and hipbones sticking out and the mound of pudge in the middle; that's just how my body retains fat. Hopefully you're not built the same way. :) Good luck!

You should do 30 min - 1 hr of cardio 4-5 times a week + crunches and try not to eat past 6pm.

Volunteer to pass out medicine, food, and blankets in Darfur for six months. Live on what those people eat, and work off calories evading the janjeweed. You'll get a flat belly.

15 mins daily....
Your belly ll reduce in 10 days surely...

DO 100 CRUNCHES WON'T HELP YOU NEED A FULL BODY WORKOUT.

WEIGHT TRAINING HELPS BECAUSE IT SIMULATES YOUR METABOLISM AND IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS SUCH AS CORE STRENGHING EXERCISES AND A HEALTH DIET TO AID PROGRESS.
