I do believe that masturbating leads to understanding, understanding leads to knowledge, and knowledge leads to a more fulfilling sex.
At first, masturbating was not that great, but slowly you learn what feels good, what feels better, how to move....stuff like that.
So that when sex comes, you'll be prepared. It's the difference between having a map, and wandering aimlessly in the woods.
Immature boys (middle school/early high school) don't understand. when I was that age at least, they thought a girl masturbating was perverted. But, by mid-high they find it attractive.
Don't make your friends feel ashamed, it's just one of those things that doesn't need to be made public.

Confused by the long ?
Yes it is normal and even healthy both for your body mind and Spirit. You must release tensions.. sexual and everyday rat race. It is a great help if your body learns to Climax and accept it as a regular event.. The vulva needs air and periods of dryness to remain bacteria controlled...This can lead you to a happier marriage and prove to ease child birth... Study the KEGAL method of la mans birthing...Kegal-ing is a matter of contracting the muscles of the buttocks, thighs, lower abdomen.vaginal walls and constricting all openings at the same time. Sounds harder than it is.. Learn to Stop the flow of urine after starting it. then learn to squeeze the buttocks together while seated and relaxed..
put a normal balloon blown to 6inches between your knees and squeeze it until it is pulling Head on all muscles.. then at 10 inches.. let your clitoris work under the palm of your hand without putting fingers inside,,, press down with the heel of your hand on the mound- as it feels needed... then insert fingers to feel the vaginal walls as you KEGAL and try to squeeze it tight on them. In the orient they insert a duck egg and hold it 28 days until it hatches then they give "BIRTH" to the duckling... they also practice orgasm with the lifting of the egg inside to move it on the G-spot.(a rough textured patch just behind the pelvic rise).......
"As long as their have been Wars there has been a lady wiggling her pinky in the pink". Quote Shakesphere.

Alex, it is normal for people with sexual feelings to want to release them, and curiosity for younger ones. The thing to remember is safety..... 1. always have clean hands! 2. Never insert anything into your vagina that could break, tear or rupture. 3. My sister in law works in an emergency room at a large hospital in OKC, she has seen women(and men) come in with broken light bulbs, fruit that "got away", Marking utensils that broke, spilling ink everywhere. Rubbers that got away and had to be retrieved. Other items that had to be retrieved, you would not believe some of the stuff people will shove into their bodies! 4. Get a good body massager from walmart, the best orgasm you can have is from good clitorial stimulation..mmmmmmmmmm Safe, clean and good for the body! I have one that heats up, it is verrry nice!

After eating, drinking, sleeping, talking, and a very few other things, it's about the most natural thing in the world.
Any religion that tells you otherwise is not one you should believe in or obey.
