Hammer House is pretty marginal. They spent too long focusing strictly on wrestling and now they're light years behind other camps.
In the US the best ones are:

American Top Team
American Kickboxing Academy
Globally:
Chute Boxe
Brazillian Top Team
One could make a case for the Russian Red Devil team (where Fedor fights) or Russian Top Team (where Fedor came from), but neither have produced too many other great fighters.
