Because men make great magicians. Have you ever seen a female magician? No you haven't. This isn't a sexist answer, but much rather a statistic.

Venus is not the only contributing factor you have to look at his moon signs and aspects of the moon to venus. In other words his emotions may been intercepting his venus. Also his rising sign has a lot to do with his outwards personality and also don't just think rising sign is one's expression its how the rising sign interacts with the sun sign that makes a person whole and also the moon. If you could give your whole natal chart and his it would make it easier for me to point out why his actions are so versatile and on the other hand annoying for you which could be the fact that your moon rising or moon may be in conflict with his.

The fun in fishing is in the ability to catch a fish and not so much as in cleaning and cooking it. Same with guys, the fun is in getting the girl but not the commitment (as in marriage) once the girl starts getting serious. The exploratory period is the best time in a relationship. Familiarity breeds contempt. So don't get too serious until they are.

Because, women tend to play games and men need to know what it is you want, straight out. If you start getting cute or placing demands on a guy before he's really hooked, he'll run like hell to remain free(if he's got a brain!). Whining, betching, crying, accusing and unneccesary anger are all signs we made a terrible mistake.

You did not show interest in him....its hurt his EGO. So now he is no more interested in you...he thinks he is wasting his time in trying to give U importance knowing u would not respond!!! Guys need fast action ...most of them are "Lets get down to the business" types...

Could be various things, for example they were drunk or desperate but then they sobered up or whatever.
Or it could be that some girls are borderline attractive but act so hard to get that guys just think they could be using their time and efforts to catch someone better.

hard to say from so little info, but if you like them are you giving them encouragement or playing it cool ?. Men need signs to encourage them on, or maybe they just want sex quickly and if you aren't coming across, they bog off. Let them. Someone who genuinely likes you will stick around if you are nice to them.
