My boyfriend and I are in a tough time in our life...Neither of us have a car and it is very hard to see each other...I am trying to save to get me a car...and he wants to help me save to get a car...but my folks think that I should be with someone that has a car...but I really care for my boyfriend...and he seems to care for me...Do people go through this kind of stuff...and is it worth it to stay?

If you really care about each other it is worth it. Material things are transient. Life is short. Love is what matters most in life. Good luck getting a Car, and don't worry about what your parents think.

there are a lot of ways in where you can keep in touch with him, but i can say that long distance relationship is really difficult. but if you really do love or care for him, you should find ways of getting in to him. love is not about having a car to ride on. if there is a will to see him then there must really be a way. but if you really think that you cant stay just because neither of you has a car then let go, but tell you what, its so immature.

You want to dump your boyfriend because he doesn't have a car? I think he should get a girl who has a car.
