Any one know a good moisturizing lotion with lots of Vitamin E?
Any one know a good facial moisturizer with lots of Vitamin E?
How effective is Aloe Vera?
What exactly can it do or does it do?
Is raw Aloe Vera more effective? (directly gotten from the plant)
Any one know a good lip exfoliant or scrub or whatever? I'm using Mary Kay's Lip Mask or something but it doesn't seem to be doing anything, my lips keep getting kinda hard (to me at least) and keeps peeling
My skin is really messed up and I'm trying to restore it to it's "former glory".
Would appreciate the answers, Thanks.

go to walmart and buy a bottle of vitamin e oil, you can put it on your skin and no other stuff is getting in the way, aloe is good if your skin is already oily and you need something calming. I use the plant but the gel in bottles seems to be good too, but if your skin is very dry, aloe in its natural state hasnt got the alcohol in it that sometimes is used to preserve the aloe in bottles. i simply use plain old vicks on my lips every night, no dryness at all. exfoliant scrub and mask , put oatmeal in a blender, then make it wet in the palm of your hand and scrub away, if it isnt scrubby enough for you add a spoon full of sea salt. you can also lay back in your tub and let all of this dry on your face, instead of mixing water with it you could mix some aloe gel into it to make your paste for your mask or scrub, getting even an extra boost of natural substances. enjoy. a drop or two of lavendar oil in it would also help relax you as its a good fragrance to get relaxed and revived.

If you have medical insurance, it would be worth your long term skin care health to see a Dermatologist. Maybe stop using the Mary Kay products filled with inappropriate amounts of unnatural products and find an allergen free moisturizer for your lips and face.
