I would say no. Shampooing to often is unhealthy. When the shampoo washes your har it also washes the sebum out and thats what keeps your hair shiny/healthy and soft. I shampoo every other day and condition everyday. I was told that a deep conditioner is good for your hair. So every other day I use a deep conditioner 10 minutes prior to my shower then I rinse it out at the end of my shower. But I only SHAMPOO every other day.

It always depends on the ingredients of the conditioner that you will use. You may try L'oreal because it will really bring the luster in your hair and will retain natural elements in the hair which keeps it shiny and glossy. The worst conditioner I've tried was the one from Suave because it has a very uneasy feel even after washing the hair 5 times.

I am not a scientist but i do not believe that conditioners are unhealthy. I would say that some conditioners r better than others. check with a doctor r a licensed Beautician.

typical conditioners work wonders to your hair if used say bout once or twice a week. but for my case, i tried using it everyday and my hair sort of became immune. but when i reduce the usage, it worked!

No, please don't scare me like that. I condition my hair twice as much as I shampoo it, it used to be all dry and frizzy, now it's soft and tame.
