Ronald Mallett has a book out and was on PBS and The Learning Channel.He is doing this at his school University of Connecticut.About ten years ago this guy was building a machine to look into the future.What happen to him and he still working on this project. I believe he was also from New England.

Ronald L. Mallett is STILL pursuing his dream of making THE first time machine a reality. It wasn't that long ago when Mallett first revealed to the public his thoughts on time travel, it was 2002 to be exact. So, he's had about 40 years to think things through, and his views have been very well received by other established physicists such as himself.
Those specials on the subject of time travel featuring Ronald were done back in 2003, so, it should not be long before enough funding is made available to test whether or not his theories are correct.
The propects for REAL time-travel are just around the corner thanks to Ronald L. Mallett. :)

Ha, it is hilarious. He manages to keep away from the main significant argument against time shuttle--if it may take place why have not we seen people from the destiny?
