I find that heat helps a lot. Either a hot bath, a heating pad, or a bed buddy (basically a sock filled with rice or flax seed that can be microwaved) can help reduce craps.
Excercise helps bad cramps, although it can be tough to motivate yourself to work out when you can barely move! Yoga can be helpful in relieving cramps. There's several poses that specifically help with menestrual cramps, including child's pose, plank pose, downward facing dog, Bharadvaja's Twist, Cobra pose, and bridge pose. Sex is another good way to relieve cramps! The vigorous muscle action moves blood and other fluids away from congested organs, relieving pain

Proper nutrition and chewing your food at least 20-50 times per bite (well masticated) will go a long way to helping the acid reflux.
The blood you are loosing is your bodys way of trying to get things out of your body that do not belong there, giving you a chance to make choices that do not make it need to bleed so much.
Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas (natural muscle relaxers) daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.
Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.
The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).
For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

It looks to me your hormones are fluctuating too much - hence the pain. If I was you, I would do some research on how to stabilise this.
Fortunately I know a research and development company that have herbal products designed to allow the body balance its own hormones. They also have herbal products that may relieve the reflux.
I haven't had prescription medication for....... I can't remember. Probably in the vicinity of 10 years now. I just don't have the need to visit a doctor.
If you would like me to send you more information that may be of great benefit, you may email me directly at leanne27@aapt.net.au

I have had a horrrible time as of late as well. Turns out my estrogen is fluxuating wildly - was told birth control pills can help, but I can't take them. However, I am able to get a deprovera shot - it is just projesterone and can help balance out the estrogen problem. it is a shot you get once every 3 months. I am going to try it. You should ask your ob/gyn about it to see if it is right for you.
Home remedies - I know a few that help me:
heat is great - there is an 8hour air activated pad that goes inside you underware made by Thermocare. Just the right amount of heat. also heating pads, hot water bottles, etc can help
gentle massage works well, esp with heat
orgasms have been proven to help cause they release endorphins and can be achieved . . .well, you know
deep breathing meditation - slow and measured, allowing air to fill you all the way down to your belly and release it - this eases all kinds of pain. lots of meditations out there on cd to help with pain. I use them with success
lots of rest helps, too - relax and let your body heal
there are also pressure points you can research and try out on yourself.
I hope you can find some relief here and talk to your ob/gyn about how to get at the cause of the problem, as home remides, though an invaluable resource, only help the symptoms, to the cause of the problem.
Be Well.

Since you are unable to take pain relievers, there are many herbal remedies on the market that may help with cramping. Before taking any herbs or natural supplements that will help alleviate the pain, check with your doctor on how the combination of these would affect in the mix with your current medication.

cold sores are usually on the mouth, lips. Canker sores are usually in the mouth, so what do you have... if you have cold sores take L-Lysine which is in your vitamin section. Taken regularly it helps alot and use lip gloss or chap-stick with sun block. If you have cankers, a dentist told me fruits and nuts can cause them and that's why he sees a lot of them around Christmas time because of what people eat......go to a vitamin store like pilgrims if they have them where you are or any real health food store and ask people there. Look up natural remedies and google them and you will find all kinds of stuff.......good luck

There is a pressure point on the top of your foot.
STEP 1: Sit comfortably with your left ankle across your right knee.
STEP 2: Use your middle finger to apply gentle pressure and movement to the point on top of your foot where the bones between your first and second toe merge. This promotes circulation of blood, releases cramping, and calms the nervous system.
STEP 3: Ease water retention by pressing the area on your heel between the inner anklebone and the Achilles tendon.
STEP 4: Get a quick "pick-me-up" if you suffer from premenstrual fatigue by stimulating the point in the center of the sole of your foot where the arch meets the ball.
STEP 5: Quell cravings for sweets and prevent depression by applying simultaneous pressure with your middle finger to the top of your foot where the bones between your second and third toe meet, and with the pad of your thumb to the point on the inner border of your foot just before the joint of your big toe.

try placing warm compresses on your pubic area. This may relax the muscles causing cramping. Topical relaxants such as a massage with camphor oil may help as well. Worth a try. It works for my muscle cramps.
