yes, and it's been garbage since ephedra was dropped from its ingredients. Some diet pill companies were recently hammered by the govt' for falsly avertising that their pill will make you lose weight including the makers of Slimquick and Hydroxycut. Most of these have a small print disclaimer that says it will work with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Well, the healthy eating and exercise will do what you need without the pills. Save your money and use it on something more useful like a multivitamin, chicken breasts, fish and raw veggies.

I have tried the new hydroxycut and it does not work at all. But the old formula with the ephedra one works good. I lost 30 lbs in a month by using the old formulas one.

Drink A LOT of water when your on it. About 8 -10 10 ounce glasses a day. The stuff will dehydrate your 'core' over time - thats not good.
