Animals are more intelligent than humans anytime. So ur cat's smarter than u, ur sis and me and everyone else. Like one of the previous answerer said, no animal got harmed by the tsunami so I'd say animals are way more intelligent.
Once my Dad was mock threatening my dog with a stick, so Patchy (the dog) went out and brought a twig to mock threaten my Dad!!! Isn't that the sweetest thing ever?

Most definitely your cat. Though cats don't have the power to verbally communicate, they have lots of other assets that would sh!t all over your sister any day of the week.
