Well as others have said the eastern "Ocean" is the SOUTH Pacific Ocean aka "the Pacific".(as opposed to the "North Pacific Ocean"). To the lower east is the "Tasman sea" aka "The Tasman" which is between Aus and NZ.
This is a link to a map of "Oceania" (the entire region) and it names all of the various oceans and seas. In the lower right of the map is a facility to enlarge the image.

The Pacific is the ocean to the east of Australia. But, more specifically, the Tasman Sea is between East Australia and New Zealand, and just North of that there is the Coral Sea. Both are part of the South Pacific and both share a portion of the Eastern Australian coast. google it next time, its quicker than this.
