i have wash my hairs by head&shoulders MENTHOL by 6 yrs is it better or wrong and if wrong then why.?

Menthol is cold & if you continue use anything cold you can imagine very well how it can affect you

itsn't good as u have to change ur shampoo every 3 or 6 months

well for my information is head&shoulder shampoo has more alkaline and it make more hard & swell ur hair.
