First off, don't compare yourself to your brother. I could bet that his "perfect love" will not remain that way. You change so much between 18 and 25 and then between 25 and 30. You have to have physical attraction, yet you need to be able to connect emotionally. If you haven't found that then you haven't found that. So what, have fun along the way. Don't be looking for it. It will find you when the time is right. I can guarantee that most people who tell you about their "first love" are not on their 5th or beyond that. The fact is, there are plenty of people who are suitable companions for everyone. So don't settle with those who aren't it. She will come along. Keep hopping, but be safe and have fun! Relax, it will happen.

Had my first true love at the age of 15, however I did not realize it until he was fatally shot and died. Never felt that experience again but it taught me to express how I feel when there is someone that i am attracted to. I have loved but true love like that I have not felt again. I am not concerned with that anymore. I am just glad that I can feel affection. Make sure you aren't measuring love by what you have seen on TV. If you can feel affection and next step to what your looking for is love. Stay positive.

I found my first love, who I thought I was going to marry and everything, but because I loved him so much I was blinded to that fact that there was soo many things wrong with our relationship, it didn't work out... I am now trying to find my true love... Everyone is different, you will find love when you least expect it...

I didn't 'really' fall in love until I was 22. I thought I loved guys, but I never knew love until I met the guy I married. We were inseperable, never fought, did everything together, loved and respected each other to no end. He was my first 'I would die for you' love. BUT, it didn't stay that way long. June 19 will be our two year wedding anniversary, and we're already fighting (verbally and physically) and I'm considering divorce... You never really know what you're getting yourself into..

Ok. You're first question has no relation to the rest of the story. You've got your whole life ahead of you and you're worried about not finding the right one.
You're also comparing yourself to your brother. You can't do that. What's right for him isn't right for you. Have fun for now and date all you want.
