when i put a cd in my model rfx8115 radio it sends it back out and reads a code e20

This is an error code, check your manual and in the error code section you will find out exactly what is wrong and it you will also find a remedy here.

the manual say error code 20 is a optic focus error which can be caused by sticker or label,condensation on playback mechanism,dust,dirt,scratches,fingerprints,too hot or too cold or disc is warped or cracked

if its just that one cd, theres somethign wrong with that cd, so fix it or just dont use it. however if it does it too all ur cd's, give the company a call.
