yes - all cops are plain stupid. thats why so many of them get killed. the more that dies the less we get harrassed of some nonsense.

Cops are only those like you , who chose the path of brotherhood for protection.
They want to do what is right....although we all question the set limitations...55 vs. 65 etc...
They have accepted the role of enforcing the laws we allow to be set.
There is a common behaviour observable when one looks at their community, but not all.
When you say you outwit the morons, are declaring that you are smarter....or that they do not value your existance enough to waist their efforts?

O.K., some cops are in it because they genuinely care, but according to a friend of mine who does career counseling and psychological evaluations for those looking to enter the local police academy, most of those people who WANT to be cops have aggressive tendencies and lower overall IQs than others. So, given that info, I'd say yeah... pretty much the majority, but hey, there are always the good ones, too. Of course, you could also be a pretty good evader of our justice department, so, I say, as long as it isn't a crime that affects people or their property, more power to ya.

Some are...some are quite intelligent.
I don't know where you live, but know one thing...If you are involved with activities where you are 'outwitting' 6 officers a week, the law of averages will eventually tip the odds in their favor.

it's a requirement to have an IQ the same as your age to be a cop here in Corvallis,Oregon. they are totally whacked. but they do get to do whatever they want because they have a union. makes ya wonder...we pay state and county and city taxes for a services and the city hires a union. if you need a union to keep your job...well back to the IQ thing again...

I would guess that there's gotta be a couple smart ones but I have not came across any evidence that would support that claim.
