Fluid,,,go to the doctor for a check-up.
Diabetes, heart and lung problems will also cause this,,,
I am not a professional,,,just know from experience!

Although you haven't posted an actual question, you probably want some help with this. Examine your socks. The elastic band at the top may be narrow and/or tight. Be sure to buy socks that have a wide elastic band. These distribute pressure over a larger area of the leg and feel less tight. They also tend to cause less swelling.

You are retaining fluid and need to see the doc to find out what is causing it and to get it treated. Call and make a doc appointment.
