Ok i eat a healthy breakfast, healthy lunch, fruit for snacks. THEN get home have a low fat yoghurt........ and just keep eating :( Im not starving when i get home either so thats not an issue, I plan on just having the yoghurt but then i just go for the biscuits, etc etc...
How can i overcome this?????????????

Keep busy...stay away from the kitchen/food as much as possible. Binge eating is often a result of being bored and having nothing more interesting to do than eat.

Maybe yoghurt isn't quite enough to keep you going till dinner. Try some Saladas with cheese or Vegemite on them. Not too many but the carbs in 1 or 2 might keep you going till dinner.

your enemy is just sitting around. Get up and get busy. Not only will this help you get distracted from your cravings, exercise also curbs apetite while you're doing it. The main thing is to keep busy.

I think if you have some protein as a snack after lunch, it will curb your desire for large volumes of food.
